Can I change or cancel my order?
Of course! Please email us as soon as you can at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you. If the order has already shipped, please let us know once you receive your order.
What if I received my order and it is faulty or incorrect?
We make every effort to carefully check each order prior to dispatch, and all our orders are handpicked. But, in the rare event that something has gone wrong, please let us know as soon as you can at email@example.com and we will work with you to rectify the situation.
How much will the shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders over €50 in Ireland. For all other shipping rates please refer to our Shipping Policy Page:
How long will it take to receive my order?
At present, all orders are dispatched within 1 working day, and delivery to any address in Ireland should arrive within 3 working days. The vast majority arrive within 24 hours via DPD.
For shipping to Great Britain, please allow an extra 3 days for delivery. For mainland Europe, Australia/NZ, and USA/Canada orders, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Are you shipping as normal?
Yes. We have not been impacted in any way by Covid-19.
Can I change my delivery address?
Of course! Please email us as soon as you can at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order number and preferred delivery address. However, once shipped, we cannot guarantee a delivery address will be changed.
How do I track my order?
Every order delivered via DPD will automatically receive tracking. Please check your spam folder if you do not see this within 24 hours and allow time for the tracking to update. If you are in a location where we must ship with another carrier such as the national postal system, tracking is not included to keep shipping costs down for you. If you would like to pay extra please contact before you place your order and we can estimate shipping costs. As there is no tracking as standard, we are in no way responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
What if I am not present when my package is being delivered?
Don’t worry. All our Summer Sweets fluff mail is packaged in compostable, eco-friendly satchels, and many orders will be delivered through your letterbox. However, for those that are too bulky, the courier will contact you via phone, so please always include a phone number at checkout.
Will I be charged customs or import duty taxes?
As all orders are currently shipped from Europe, you may have additional import fees upon delivery.
IRELAND/NI: No additional import fees or taxes.
GREAT BRITAIN: For more information please contact HM Revenue & Customs.
USA - For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
AUSTRALIA – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information
NEW ZEALAND - All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website, click here to go through.
REFUSING TO PAY CUSTOMS
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Summer Sweets Baby, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
