Our General Undertaking is to dispatch all orders received within a 24 hour period once the order has been received and payment information supplied has been verified. All orders are shipped from Wexford, Ireland. For the best chance of next working day delivery if and where possible, we encourage ordering before 12:00. Please note that weekend and bank holiday orders are usually shipped the next working day. If ordering from abroad, we cannot guarantee a delivery timeframe, but we expect all deliveries to arrive within 5 working days. For orders to Ireland, over 92% of orders are delivered next working day. Please note all of our products are individually checked before being dispatched to you. This means we dispatch to you with complete confidence that you will be 100% satisfied with your products.

The vast majority of our shipments include tracking. All our national shipments are fully tracked, and you are provided with a tracking number for free. Many of our international shipments are tracked all the way to you, with the remaining small minority tracked either to export from Ireland, or import to your designated country. We are not responsible for tracking information that is not accurately updated, nor any non-delivered or untracked items that become lost. To receive tracking, you must notify us beforehand for international shipments so we may apply the additional cost to your order.

In the unlikely event you decide to cancel your order:

Where goods have already been dispatched to you, please note the following terms:

-For hygiene reasons we regret that we cannot accept returns of nappies or sanitary products unless there is a fault with the product;

-Items should be returned in their original condition with no signs of usage. You can return goods you have ordered from us at any time within 14 days of receipt for an exchange to the value of the goods bought minus a 30% restocking fee, not including any postage and packing costs. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you;

-If the items become unsealed after delivery, unless the items are defective, we are under no obligation to refund or replace the items.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you an exchange credit to the value of the goods returned. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause will not apply in the following circumstances:

-In the event that the product has been used;

-In the event of personalised items/special orders;

-In the event that the product has been washed;

-In the event that the product has been damaged, or that the integral packaging has been damaged so that it is no longer in a saleable condition.

Please note gift cards are non-refundable. 

Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt from whomever you leave your return parcel with. If your return doesn't reach us and you don't have proof you sent it back to us we won't be able to refund you. We are not liable for any costs incurred for proof of postage.

The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
