Care: Measure out 15ml per 1L of water to dip your wool nappy in (25-30*C Max). Press your nappy in the mixture, do not wring, rub, or rinse. Lay to dry, keeping out of direct sun, and never place in the dryer. Alternatively, you may create this mixture and spray onto the nappy.

Ask the seller about the best-before date of the product

Our item arrived with an MHD of April 2024. That means the manufacturer guaranteed the top quality of the product up to that date, which was more than a year ago. While technically it is not an expired product, if I had known this nuance, I would not have bought it. The store offers store credit rather than a cash refund for this issue.

I contacted the manufacturer to ask if I can still use the product; they answered that as long as there is no mold or rancid smell, it can be used. I have never used this product before, so I cannot compare it with the smell of a fresher item, but to me the smell is sour, very strong, and unpleasant, so I chose not to use it.
Regarding returns: the seller accepts returns only for unopened/sealed items, but my bottle arrived without a foil seal or any tamper protection, which makes returning it difficult.
